Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services for reliability and peace of mind.

SHIPPING

aaisle offers worldwide shipping.

All UK and international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail using tracked and signed-for services where available.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a dispatch confirmation with tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.

While we take great care in preparing and packaging all orders, aaisle cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage once parcels are in transit. Any delivery-related issues must be resolved directly with the shipping provider using your tracking information.

Please note: We do not take responsibility for deliveries made to shipping companies or freight forwarders. Orders sent to forwarding addresses are at the customer’s own risk.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

For orders shipped to the United States, all customs duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout. No additional customs charges should be due upon delivery.

For orders shipped to Europe and all other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged upon delivery depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may also be subject to customs inspections and processing delays outside of our control.

We are unable to refund customs duties, taxes, or import fees once charged.
